Happy Halloween!!!

Halloween happens to be my most favorite holiday!!! I love it the candy, the costumes, being with friends and family and having a good time. I just love it! I was a witch this year. Matt was a clown. Mason was a Mexican and the girls were witches! It was funny, someone said "A family of 3 witches and a clown!" and I said " That pretty much says it all about our family!!!" We had a great Halloween, dinner and awesome treats at my mom's. Then trick or treating with the cousins. Me and my Clown!!

What a Treat!?!?

This is what we woke up to this morning! Yesterday was cold and wet but I was not prepared to find this today!!! The kids always love the snow!! They got out of bed immediately this morning when I said it snowed. They all got ready for school fully dressed with snow boots, pants, coats, hats and gloves. We then hopped in the car to go to school and Izzy said "What a treat!" Mason then said "What's a treat?" Izzy "The snow!!!!" Mason "The snow is NOT a treat!!!" (might I mention he is saying this dressed in a t-shirt and shorts) Funny!!! ... I guess it's all in the eye of the beholder. I love the snow if I am staying home all day, warm under a blanket watching movies! But when you have to drive in the snow ... not so much a treat!

Today I thought that I would be an awesome Mom and take my kids to Gardner Village to see the witches. Little did I know that every other mom in the valley had the same idea!! Despite the crowds we still had a blast! Gracie
