He ended up scoring 2 of the most beautiful goals I have ever seen him score!!!
His team played so well together tonight.
They walked away having played a clean game of soccer as winners!

10 years later ...
We Honor those who lost their lives
Time has gone on but those who died will never be forgotten!

Today we took the kids to see the flags that stand in honor for those whose lives were taken on Sept 11,2001

It was an amazing experience to walk through and feel the peace and read about each person who died that day.

I talked to Gracie about the events that happened 10 years ago.
She is only 6 and I know she doesn't understand how tragic that day was.
But to take her here and let her see that each flag represents a person, someones mom, dad, brother, sister or friend. I think she understood just a little how sad this day was. She would run to each flag and ask someone to read to her who that person was.

Such an humbling experience to stand there and see all those flags and realize how many Innocent people were taken

This year Sandy City had a monument put in place to honor those who died.
It is breath taking!
It is of the 3 firefighters raising the American Flag!

(original Picture)
I am so grateful we took the time today to remember those who died.
God Bless America!
Bless those who lost their loved ones for no reason 10 years ago today!

My latest Project ... this wall!

I knew I wanted to use this wall to display a cute picture of my girls in some of my cute outfits, but I wasn't quite sure how I wanted to do it.
I looked at a few blogs and finally decided on doing a gallery wall. I was super excited to do this project!!!
Ashley took the cutest pictures of my girls and I wanted to display them just right!

First thing I did was head to the D.I.
When you need 10 frames that can get super expensive so the D.I. Was PERFECT!!!
I tried to look for frames that already had Mattes with them so I didn't have to worry about that added expense.

I had an idea in mind before I went, so I knew which sizes I was looking for.
Most of the Frames were around 2.00 some as low as .75!
Total spent $20.00 (that includes an umbrella too!)

After collecting all the frames I needed, I laid them all out to arrange them how I was going to arrange them on the wall. I did this to make sure I had everything in place before any holes were put in my newly painted walls!

once I decided on the lay out next came the fun part ...PAINT!!!
I wanted to keep it simple so everything was painted white (including the mattes)

(before picture of Frames)

While the paint was drying I cut out papers to tape to the wall to figure out the layout on the wall! I made the mistake of cutting the size if the glass not the size of the frame so I did end up doing this part twice!

Once the frames were dry...
I ordered my prints and had my cute hubby help me hang everything!
It took us a couple of hours to get everything just right but I love the end result!!!
